Often I try to break down my faith and explain it in an accessible way where theology and psycho-spiritual understanding take a back seat to simple allegory or metaphor. That’s what “Christianity is like” is about. I will try to relate the story of my faith in my words, but also back it up with the story that’s already there for us all–God’s Word.
Everything I’m about to write here has been explained in better depth and detail than I could ever hope to elucidate, but if the allegory of the Bible is a bit too Shakespearey or King Jamesy, start here. But definitely go back to the source material.
